Cassava waffle with vanilla ice cream, chocolate drizzle & almonds



Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 Rootsy cassava waffle (toasted until golden)

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

  • 2 tbsp melted chocolate (or chocolate sauce)

  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds


Instructions

  1. Toast the waffle until warm and slightly crispy on the edges.

  2. Place the waffle on a dessert plate.

  3. Top with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  4. Drizzle melted chocolate (or chocolate sauce) over the ice cream.

  5. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top for crunch.
